Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Training Join Jessica M. Jackson, with the Montgomery County Office of Emergency Management as she shows you how to prepare for possible emergencies in your community—fire, hurricane, accidents, etc. Learn basic skills to help yourself, family, and friends until trained rescue workers can arrive with their equipment. Class participation is not limited by physical handicaps. We will help you learn what you can do.
