New Group Health Insurance Program

Effective immediately, members of the Community Chamber of Commerce of East Montgomery County are eligible to purchase the Elite Series Chamber Program health insurance through participating Chamber Member insurance companies. This exciting new program is available only to current members in good financial standing with the Community Chamber of Commerce of East Montgomery County.
The Elite Series Chamber Program includes *Group Limited Benefit Hospital Indemnity Insurance underwritten by TransAmerica Life Insurance Company, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

There are numerous other benefits including prescription program, dental program, and spouse and/or family coverage that can be provided.
Rates begin at under $150.00 per month for individuals. There are four coverage levels available that provides increased coverage, all at very affordable rates.
